Common questions
How do you price a custom system?
We start with a short discovery phase, then provide a fixed scope and price for the first release. Larger systems are split into phases so you control budget and risk.
Who owns the code?
You do. Once the project is paid for, you own the application and its data. We document the system so it can be maintained by us or anyone else.
Can you improve a system someone else built?
Often, yes. We review the existing code first and tell you honestly whether it’s worth improving or better to rebuild.
Is my data safe?
Security is part of the design: encrypted connections, hashed passwords, restricted access and regular backups. We also follow good practice around personal data under Malaysia’s PDPA. See our security page for details.
