Keep your systems secure, reliable and up to date

Software isn’t finished at launch. Requirements change, platforms update and new needs appear, as e-Invoice rules have shown. Our support plans keep your systems healthy and let you request changes with a simple email.

Why it works

What you get with this service

Security and updates

We keep frameworks, libraries and servers patched and watch for issues before they affect your users.

Regular backups and tested restore processes make mistakes or incidents a minor delay, not a disaster.

Change requests by email

Describe what you need in writing. We scope it, quote if it’s larger, and keep a clear record.

FAQ

Common questions

Can you support a system you didn’t build?

Usually yes. We review it first, document how it works and flag any risks before agreeing on a plan.

What counts as a small change?

Minor fixes, text and configuration updates, small report changes and simple field additions. Larger features are scoped and quoted separately.

How do I request support?

By email. A written request keeps things clear and gives you a record of what was changed and when.

Do I need a plan after launch?

For business-critical systems we strongly recommend one. Unmaintained software becomes slow, insecure or incompatible without anyone noticing.

Can you help with email, a domain or Outlook?

Yes. Domain, hosting, email hosting and Outlook setup are part of our remote IT support service. This service is for the software and integrations we look after.

Ready to talk about support & maintenance?

Email us a short description of what you need. We’ll come back with questions and a clear proposal.
