Common questions
What does fully managed include?
We host the site, back it up and publish changes. Everyday text and posts can be updated in Claude, which you subscribe to yourself, and we connect it during setup. A new page, a layout change or a feature is quoted. There is no price list: send the current site and we reply with a setup quote and a monthly quote.
Can you move a WordPress site that is hacked or keeps breaking?
Yes, for a company site or blog. We rebuild it, redirect the old addresses and run hosting and publishing from then on. A static site has no plugin dashboard to keep patching, which removes a common way WordPress sites are compromised. If a browser warning is already in place, clearing it also depends on a review by Google, so we do not promise a date for that.
Do you still build standalone websites?
Yes, on a selective basis. Our main focus is software and business systems. The managed website is for a company site with a clear job, including one that needs to move off WordPress. Stores and sites tied to stock, CRM or booking are scoped with that in mind.
We have a shop. Is that the same service?
A brochure site or blog is the managed website. A store with payments, stock or bookings is quoted separately. Shopify suits most stores that want low maintenance. WooCommerce gives more flexibility. A custom build makes sense for unusual workflows or a deep link to your other systems.
Will my website show up on Google?
We build every site so search engines can crawl and understand it, and we redirect the old addresses so existing links still resolve. Rankings also depend on competition, content and time, so we never promise a position.
Who owns the site if we stop?
You do. The domain stays in your name. If the monthly service ends, we hand over a copy of the site and hosting and publishing through us stop.
Where does the text we type into Claude go?
Everyday edits are made in your own Claude account, so that text is processed under your Claude subscription. We publish the result after the site builds. We explain this in the proposal before any work starts.
