Common questions
Do we have to use e-Invoice?
Malaysia is phasing e-Invoice in based on annual turnover, with some businesses exempt. Check the current schedule and your obligations on the official LHDN website or with your accountant. We handle the technical integration, not tax advice.
Can we just use the MyInvois portal manually?
For a small number of invoices, yes. Once volumes grow, manual entry becomes slow and error-prone, which is where integration saves time.
Can you integrate with our accounting or POS software?
Often yes, through the software’s API or exports. If your software already offers e-Invoice support, we’ll tell you honestly so you don’t pay for work you don’t need.
